1) If you are a new couple/family seeking a cozy double storey teres house/bungalow DO NOT i repeat DO NOT ACCEPT it if the owner is by the name of Dr.X. A chindian Windower who is well deprived of god knows what and is in desperate need to mental therapy!
2) If you ever encounter a woman like her [i shall explain this later on!] do seek a lawyer that loyal enough to you, your wallet and family.
3) If you happen to have already gone through one of her dumb dumb cons, don't panic. She [Dr.X] has no brain and will indeed do things without realising/thinking/without plan B, C,D, E etc.

Well okay i'll cut the crap and get on with what the fucks' happened lately.
I've been neglecting this poor old blogspot [basically i was just uber busy and if i wanted to update i had no internet access] ohhh this is the suckfest!
Anyways the past recent week or two has been uber hectic for me, the bf and probly everyone else but the point here is...
I HAD TO FUCKING SHIFT HOUSE DURING THE WEE HOURS IN THE MORNING and the next day would be my presentation... and i say god damned you well, Dr. X.
Here's how the conversation went one night before we shifted EVERYTHING within the 1 week plus.
Dr. X: When can i take my keys 4 my hoouse??
Koay : 15th Dec 08.
Dr. X : NO! i want the keys by tmr! Ur tenancy finishes 2day! I WANT IT BY 5:30pm tmr!
Koay : I'm Sorry...I don't know anything about that. My dad told me clearly that it was the 15th Dec, If there's anything else..Please refer to him. It is CLEARLY stated in the contract as well.
Dr. X : Nothing is stated in the contracts to the effect! You cannot off-set the deposit for the utilities 2wards rental! If you do so, You are at breach of the contract! If you do so..your rental this month..EVEN for 1 day will is 3k! The agent has already spoken to your father about this and he agreed! The contract clearly states that you cannot do that! Please leave b4 tmr and settle this "amicably". i can only speak to you as you are LEAVING in my house. WHY are you doing this to me? I wish to settle this amicably!!!
Koays Dad : Referring to your Text messages about the evacuation of your premise;
1) Kelvin spoke to me about the 3k rentalon the 30/11/08 and i Clearly did not accept this.
2) I have written you a letter stating the ceasing of contract and proposed to have the
utilities deposits of RM 1250 to off-set the rental for 1/12/08 - 15/12/08.
You have declined to accept my AR registered letter and you certainly did not return any
decline on my proposal.
3) I am extremely dissappointed with you; when i called you at 17:50pm of 30/11/08, to
settle the matter, you had declined speaking to me by repetitively saying "NO!! DONT
SHOUT AT ME. DONT SHOUT AT ME! NO!!" Since you have refused to make peace to
talk, which i can't imrpove to end the matter.
Dr. X :
Dear Mr. Koay, I have recieved your letter of termination. I had informed you via my agent Kevin* that you cannot off-set your rental/utilities deposits2wards rental. Your insistance that Kevin* is not agent is unacceptable. I consider it very unpleasant that you wish me to listen to you shouting at me. All i said was " Calm Down. Please Don't shout." If anyone should be dissappointed, it should clearly be me. However, im letting Kevin* settle the matter as usual. Please be informed that WE accepted your termination but not off-setting the deposit. I maintain my stand as always. i hope you will resolve this Immediately without undue stress! Please talk to Kevin*. As mentioned, DEPOSITS MAY NOT BE utilised to off-set rent.This is contractual. I have responded to your letter VERBALLY to/via Kevin*. Thank You!

Kevin*, Please call! i need to know whether i should make a police report of theft and damage to property or will you seolve this with koay.
On the first day that the boy n i shifted in, the contract was CLEAN, and by clean i meant no dirty tricks up that old hags sleeve and blah. BUT after half a year plus plus and minus its like a yr or half a year- This old hag kept giving us threats (similar to the message above) and conned us all that we have to pay extra [more than just hundreds] and personally i dont think thats FAIR.
So in return of her evil schemes i wanted to vandalfuckinglise kao her ugly HAUNTED house...[yes it is indeed haunted, but thanks to theb oys father-he helped us clean it up.]
but i did not because of the time. The awesome part is, the boy managed to pick out all the energy saving light bulbs, so that the money that the hag owes us wont get so wasted on her smelly dirty hands.
And finally, i guess there's no ending yet. More to come from her.

Oh and PS : i read her P&C mailed letters, She's been sued like kazillion times by other people but then she always manage to run away from it. =/
